GG Homes is seeking a full-time, in-office Property Analyst to evaluate and model real estate investment opportunities through thorough, process-driven financial analysis. You’ll partner with our acquisitions and sales teams to produce MAO and ARV valuations, green-light high-potential deals, and drive data-driven investment strategies, all while adhering to defined processes and tight deadlines. </p><p>At GG Homes, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional real estate solutions and making the selling process as smooth as possible. As the largest cash buyer in San Diego, we are committed to providing sellers with a seamless and stress-free experience, guided by transparency, support, and care every step of the way. </p><p>As a Property Analyst at GG Homes, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights through informed, process-driven financial and property analysis.
