<p></p><h3>Job Title – Analyst 2, Financial Planning & Analysis </h3> <h3>Job Location – El Paso, Texas, United States of America, 79912 </h3> <h3>Duration – 12 Months </h3> <h3>Job Description </h3> <p>In this on‑site role, the Finance Analyst provides financial/accounting support for the client SRG/MDS business, specifically Infection Prevention Manufacturing Plant in El Paso, TX. This includes providing financial support and leadership to Finance and Operations leaders, playing a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives and formulating and executing operations strategies. The position plays a critical role in managing manufacturing cost performance and driving continuous improvement and informed decision‑making. </p> <h3>Duties & Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Lead month‑end activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results. </li> <li>Ensure accurate account reconciliations and financial integrity within SAP. </li> <li>Perform detailed costing analysis, including standard cost review and maintenance. </li> <li>Support recurring financial reports, summarizing in a timely manner, identifying key drivers, and working with cross‑departmental teams to lead change through KPI management. </li> <li>Support annual budget and rolling forecast process, integrating operational and cost assumptions. Monitor performance on a weekly & monthly basis vs latest projection cycle and annual budget. </li> <li>Support internal and external SOX audits. </li> <li>Drive continuous financial improvement through preparation/review of business cases, inventory analysis, new product and discontinuance analysis, and spending analysis. </li> <li>Ensure that financial reports and records are prepared in compliance with US GAAP and client financial policies. </li> <li>Perform other related duties and assignments as required. </li> </ul> <h3>Minimum Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Requires 2+ years of relevant progressive accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing operations, product costing, manufacturing variances, inventory control, financial analysis, and budgeting & forecasting experience preferred. </li> <li>Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. </li> </ul> <h3>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities </h3> <ul> <li>Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPS, etc.). </li> <li>ERP experience is necessary; specifically, SAP experience is preferred. </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with management of all levels and disciplines. </li> <li>Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and procedures. </li> <li>Self‑driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement. </li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrixed, challenging environment with strong attention to detail. </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
