<h3>Graphic Designer (corporate branding systems) </h3><ul><li>Business group: Creative Team – supporting insurance product and marketing. </li> </ul><p><strong>Candidate Value Proposition </strong> </p><ul><li>The successful candidate will have the opportunity to impact communicating our mission of helping our customers live a longer, healthier, better life. </li> </ul><p><strong>Typical Day in Role </strong> </p><ul><li>Collaborate with animators and videographers, share work with Creative Director for review. </li><li>Interact with the Production team to obtain work assignments and ensure deadlines are being met. </li><li>Create new work as well as make updates to existing work. </li> </ul><p><strong>Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: </strong> </p><ul><li>Strong experience in corporate branding systems. </li><li>At least 3-4 years related design experience, preferably with emphasis on financial industry marketing print materials. </li><li>MAC proficiency as well as a thorough knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite: In-Design, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Microsoft Suite). </li><li>Strong and thorough understanding of traditional design skills including sketching, composition, storyboarding. </li><li>Thorough understanding of typography, color palettes, grid systems, and final file preparation for print and/or web. </li> </ul><p><strong>Nice-To-Have Skills: </strong> </p><ul><li>Proficiency in Figma. </li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects. </li> </ul><p><strong>Soft Skills Required: </strong> </p><ul><li>Concise communication. </li><li>Effective time management. </li><li>Collaboration in team setting. </li> </ul><p><strong>Education: </strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Design Art, Media or equivalent. </li> </ul><p><strong>Best vs. Average: </strong> </p><ul><li>Important – online portfolio, show that they have a range of work (video – storyboard specifically, print, digital, etc). </li> </ul><h3>Seniority level </h3><ul><li>Mid-Senior level </li> </ul><h3>Employment type </h3><ul><li>Contract </li> </ul><h3>Job function </h3><ul><li>Design </li><li>Industries: Financial Services, Banking, and Insurance </li> </ul> #J-18808-Ljbffr
