<p></p><p>Join to apply for the <b>Interior Designer | Project Manager </b> role at <b>Vesta </b> </p> <h3>Base pay range </h3> <p>$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Translate client goals into cohesive design plans and accurately scoped project proposals </li> <li>Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations to communicate design intent </li> <li>Negotiate project fees and timelines; manage design deliverables including floorplans, mood boards, and procurement schedules </li> <li>Source and select furniture, materials, finishes, and décor while maintaining budget integrity </li> <li>Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure timely procurement and effective communication of install dates </li> <li>Supervise tradespeople and contractors as needed to uphold design standards </li> <li>Oversee installations, ensuring all design elements are placed and styled to completion </li> <li>Maintain project documentation: track hours, expenses, budgets, receipts, and inventory lists </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>4-8+ years of experience in high‑end interior design with a strong focus on furnishings and space planning </li> <li>Proficient in CAD and SketchUp or other related programs </li> <li>Skilled in Studio Designer, Google Suite and Adobe Suite </li> <li>Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing luxury interiors </li> <li>Exceptional eye for detail and a distinct creative vision </li> <li>Experience presenting and defending design concepts to clients </li> <li>Reliable, organized, and self‑motivated with a collaborative, team‑first mindset </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining design integrity </li> <li>A positive, solutions‑oriented approach and a passion for exceeding client expectations </li> </ul> <h3>Benefits </h3> <p>Competitive base salary plus health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
