Business System Analyst

<p></p><h3>Overview </h3> <p><b>Position : </b> Business System Analyst - Agentic AI &amp; Conversational Systems </p> <p><b>Client: </b> Cisco </p> <p><b>Location: </b> San Jose, CA </p> <p><b>Contract: </b> 6 Months </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the AI engineering team for agentic AI initiatives. </li> <li>Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user journeys for AI-powered assistants and chatbots. </li> <li>Work closely with AI Engineers to support migration of legacy RASA-based workflows into agent-driven AI architectures. </li> <li>Definition of agent goals, tools, decision logic, and success criteria. </li> <li>Define and document use cases for intelligent assistants such as booking, tracking, issue resolution, and notifications. </li> <li>Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences. </li> <li>Support UAT, validation, and business sign-off of AI-driven solutions. </li> <li>Maintain clear documentation for workflows, assumptions, dependencies, and system behavior. </li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Strong experience as an IT / Business Analyst working with software or AI-driven systems. </li> <li>Prior exposure to chatbots or conversational AI platforms such as RASA (intent, entity, dialogue concepts). </li> <li>Ability to define end-to-end workflows, decision trees, and conversational flows. </li> <li>Solid understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, agent-based workflows, and RAG (conceptual level). </li> <li>Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. </li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models. </li> </ul> <h3>Company &amp; Contact </h3> <p>Rachael </p> <p>IT Services | Development | Staffing </p> <p>URL: | </p> <p>Email: </p> <p>Direct: </p> <p>Led by 25+ Years of Industry Experience </p> <p>E-Verify® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. </p> <p>SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES participates in the Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify) offered by USCIS. </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
