<p></p><p>Factory is seeking a talented Designer to craft compelling marketing and growth collateral that demonstrates our brand externally. You’ll develop visually striking materials - from decks and one-pagers to event signage and social assets - while ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our brand and product’s look and feel. Collaborating closely with GTM and Product teams, you’ll transform messaging into high-impact visual assets. </p><h3><b>What you will do and achieve: </b> </h3><ul><li><p>Develop on‑brand marketing materials including decks, one‑pagers, social assets, ads, and more. </p> </li><li><p>Design event collateral (e.g., signage, booth layouts, swag, digital and print media). </p> </li><li><p>Create clear, visually compelling communications - announcements, reports, email graphics -that resonate with both internal and external audiences. </p> </li><li><p>Partner with GTM and Product teams to translate messaging into strong visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement. </p> </li><li><p>Maintain consistency and quality across all external-facing design touchpoints, from digital campaigns to physical collateral. </p> </li><li><p>Focus on product marketing and growth design - craft visuals that help drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. </p> </li> </ul><h3><b>Qualifications: </b> </h3><ul><li><p>3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience - bonus if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or agency environments. </p> </li><li><p>Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing collateral: presentations, event materials, digital ads, decks, etc. </p> </li><li><p>Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop. </p> </li><li><p>Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy. </p> </li><li><p>Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback—balancing quality and speed effectively. </p> </li><li><p>Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, or GTM teams to align visual design with messaging and goals. </p> </li><li><p>Bonus: Familiarity with motion design, digital ad formats, Midjourney, UI/UX principles. </p> </li><li><p><b>The team goes into the office 5 days a week in San Francisco (walking distance to Caltrain). </b> </p> </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
