Full Stack Developer

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. </p><h3>Base pay range </h3><p>$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr </p><p>Havas Media Group is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Engineering and Technology team. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and data systems that support our internal teams and client-facing platforms. </p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a particular focus on database management, Python scripting, and API integration. </p><p>This position requires a technically skilled and analytically minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions that drive business insights and operational efficiency. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong> </p><p>- Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering and Analytics teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. </p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies. </p><p>- Build and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. </p><p>- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systems and services. </p><p>- Automate data workflows and processes using Python scripting and other relevant tools. </p><p>- Deploy developed data science models into production environments to build quick prototypes and proof-of-concept applications, enabling rapid experimentation and iteration. </p><p>- Implement best practices in software development, including version control, testing, and continuous integration. </p><p>- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack. </p><p>- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development workflows and system architecture. </p><p>- Document technical processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing through case studies, training materials, and technical write-ups. </p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications: </strong> </p><p>- 3–5 years of experience in full stack development with increasing levels of responsibility; experience in a digital agency or media environment is a plus. </p><p>- Strong SQL skills and experience with database design, optimization, and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). </p><p>- Expertise in Python scripting for automation, data processing, and backend development. </p><p>- Experience with API development and integration, including RESTful services and authentication protocols. </p><p>- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools (e.g., Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes). </p><p>- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. </p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. </p><p><strong>About Havas Media Group: </strong> </p><p>Havas Media is one of the leading global communications and marketing groups. </p><p>It is made up of three media brands, Havas Media, Arena Media, and FullSIX Media, all of which work alongside Havas Sports &amp;
