You will serve as the primary customer contact, implement marketing strategy, and promote Amgen products in alignment with the District Manager.</p><br /><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and effectively communicate the clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.</li><br /><li>Act as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages, conducting planned programs, scheduling and following‑up with medical educational programs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets through in‑person and virtual engagement.</li><br /><li>Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including customizing discussions and customer interactions, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts.</li><br /><li>Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze business effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.</li><br /><li>Partner with colleagues to share best practices and seek to learn and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.</li><br /><li>Demonstrate passion for our products and sustain that passion throughout the entire sales cycle while building our brand and remembering our mission to serve patients.</li><br /><li>Uphold Amgen values: Be Science‑Based; Compete Intensely and Win; Create Value for Patients, Staff, and Stockholders; Be Ethical; Trust and Respect Each Other; Ensure Quality; Work in Teams; Collaborate, Communicate, and Be Accountable.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Qualifications</h3><br /><p><b>Basic Qualifications</b></p><br /><ul><br /><li>Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in a healthcare or scientific field that is not sales related.</li><br /><li>OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in a healthcare or scientific field that is not sales related.</li><br /><li>OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in a healthcare or scientific field that is not sales related.</li><br /></ul><br /><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><br /><ul><br /><li>Fluent in Russian.</li><br /><li>More than 3 years of sales, marketing, and/or clinical experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, healthcare insurance, pharmacy services, medical device, or medical supply industries.</li><br /><li>Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, bone health, respiratory, hematology, or infectious diseases, including knowledge of the diseases and treatments involved.</li><br /><li>Advanced influencing and relationship‑building skills with a focus on sales outcomes.</li><br /><li>Local market knowledge.</li><br /><li>Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.</li><br /><li>Adaptability with our core competencies: Sales Planning and Organizing; Leveraging Business, Industry, and Technical Knowledge; Communicating with Impact; Driving for Results; and Cultivating Internal and External Relationships.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><br /><p>The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $115,949 - $156,872.
