<div><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Job Title:</b> Business Systems Analyst/ Product Owner</p><p><b>Location:</b> Sacramento, CA or Walnut Creek, CA or SFO, CA</p><p><b>Duration:</b> (6 Months Contract to Hire)</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Experience: As a <b>Business Systems Analyst or similar role</b>.</li><li>Experience with low code platforms and experience with <b>SQL and data visualization tools</b> highly preferred.</li><li>Experience with <b>microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)</b>, and modern cloud-native applications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools like <b>Git, Jenkins, or containerization</b>.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Certifications:</b> Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe certifications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of automation tools, monitoring, and logging platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., ADO, Jira, Asana).</li><li>Analytical Thinking: Strong root cause analysis skills. Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems.</li><li>Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.</li><li>Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful project completion.</li><li>Adaptability: Open to learning and adapting to new systems, technologies, and business needs.</li><li>Ability to work independently but in a collaborative manner.
