Senior Claims Analyst

<div><h3>Role description</h3><br /><p>Arcadis seeks a Principal Claims Consultant with a broad and established construction network to join our team in Southern California.</p><br /><p>As a Principal Claims Consultant you will have the opportunity to expand your client network and apply your construction claims expertise on a variety of projects in Southern California and the Western United States.</p><br /><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Manage and perform expert claims analysis and resolution assignments.</li><br /><li>Oversee claims teams on a wide variety of projects in the analysis or preparation of complex construction claims.</li><br /><li>Market and promote construction claims services, manage projects, and conduct financial planning and control.</li><br /><li>Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>A Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related degree.</li><br /><li>Professional Engineer (PE) required.</li><br /><li>A minimum of 15 years of construction and/or construction claims experience.</li><br /><li>Experience in project controls, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, and productivity analysis.</li><br /><li>Experience in claims and dispute resolution, including mediation, dispute review boards, expert witness, arbitration, and litigation.</li><br /><li>Experience on large, complex construction projects.</li><br /><li>Heavy civil or building construction experience.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Benefits &amp; Salary</h3><br /><p>Arcadis offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, employee assistance program, 401(k), short‑term and long‑term disability, accident &amp; disease, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward &amp; recognition program, and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
