Dynamics Developer

<p><b>The first two months we need them 4 days a week in office, after that once a week.</b></p><br /><p>VDOT is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in Microsoft’s Power Platform, to include Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse.</p><br /><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.</li><br /><li>Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.</li><br /><li>Aid in the requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.</li><br /><li>Design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#.</li><br /><li>Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.</li><br /><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.</li><br /><li>Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platform’s use at VDOT.</li><br /><li>Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.</li><br /><li>Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.</li><br /><li>Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.</li><br /><li>Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.</li><br /><li>Contribute to improving our processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.</li><br /><li>Preferred Experience with Devops in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator)</li><br /><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Professional Experience</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><br /><li>Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.</li><br /><li>Ability to work seamlessly within a team as well as manage individual tasks.</li><br /><li>Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.</li><br /><li>Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.</li><br /><li>Independently perform a variety of complicated tasks.</li><br /><li>Work with a team of Developers and System Engineers.</li><br /><li>Communicate clearly and effectively, both speaking and in writing.<br /></li><li>Review &amp; refine existing processes to better align with agency/group priorities.</li><br /><li>Review the existing procedures and propose, execute, and/or direct necessary changes.</li><br /><li>Participate in on-call duties as necessary.</li><br /><li>Be able to work–from-home and still provide expected level of support.</li><br /></ul><br /><p>Be available to support after hours work as needed.</p><br /><p>Experience as a D365 Technical Lead Required 5 Years</p><br /><p>Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Required 8 Years</p><br /><p>Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows and BPFs in D365 Required 8 Years</p><br /><p>Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse Required 3 Years</p><br /><p>Experience with using standard &amp; premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate Required 3 Years</p><br /><p>Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments Desired 2 Years</p><br /><p>Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using ADF &amp; SSIS Packages Desired 5 Years</p><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
