The ideal candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of TriZetto Facets with hands‑on expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL Server, building and supporting custom applications, workflows, and integrations that drive operational excellence across our healthcare systems.</p><br /><p>Location: Boston, MA</p><br /><p>Salary: $95,000.00 – $130,000.00</p><br /><h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Design, develop, and maintain custom Facets extensions, workflows, and integrations using .NET (C#/ASP.NET/Core) and related technologies.</li><br /><li>Build and enhance APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data integration solutions to connect Facets with internal and external systems.</li><br /><li>Develop and optimize SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, views) and perform data analysis to support backend processes.</li><br /><li>Support Facets configuration, claims processing logic, benefit setup, and backend automation where applicable.</li><br /><li>Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.</li><br /><li>Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li><br /><li>Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve code quality, deployment speed, and reliability.</li><br /><li>Contribute to system documentation, technical specifications, and best practice standards.</li><br /><li>Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within Agile/Scrum teams.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Education and Experience</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field – or equivalent experience.</li><br /><li>8+ years of software/application development experience, including work with C#, .NET (ASP.NET/Core), and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).</li><br /><li>4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server: data modeling, query tuning, and performance optimization.</li><br /><li>5+ years developing custom workflows, plug‑ins, and integrations using SSIS, APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST).<br /></li><li>3+ years of hands‑on experience working with TriZetto Facets, including customization, data models, or integration with external systems.</li><br /><li>Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and the full SDLC.</li><br /><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.</li><br /><li>Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps).</li><br /><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.</li><br /><li>Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.</li><br /></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
