Sr. Financial Analyst

<p>Our client is a $350M+ PE owned and rapidly growing international manufacturing and distribution company founded in 1986, that is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess the following:</p><ul><li>Strong preference for someone with <b>operational finance/manufacturing finance experience</b></li><li>Ideal profile is someone coming from a mid-market manufacturing company – could be a cost accountant or analyst, 5 + yrs experience.</li><li>Wants someone who can support both <b>Operations and Commercial Finance</b></li><li>Opportunity for the individual to gravitate toward either operational or commercial finance based on strengths and interests</li></ul><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting</li><li>Inventory reporting and analysis</li><li>Labor and overhead cost analysis</li><li>Manufacturing and operational performance reporting</li><li>Forecasting and budgeting</li></ul><p>This position can be fully remote, but this person would have to be open to occasional travel to Houston and the Carolina's.
