Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.</p><h3>Base pay range</h3><p>$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr</p><h3>Executive Recruiter – Finance &amp; Accounting Specialist | The Workforce Experts at RemX</h3><p>We’re seeking a <b>Billing Specialist</b> to join our client's finance team.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review, prepare, and approve client bills per attorney and client guidelines.</li><li>Verify daily billing production and prepare time/billing reports.</li><li>Distribute pre-bills and ad hoc billing reports.</li><li>Train and support staff on billing systems.</li><li>Learn and work with various third-party billing platforms.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2-3+ years of billing experience preferred; law firm experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.</li><li>Strong math and basic accounting skills.</li><li>Professional, confidential, and adaptable under pressure.</li></ul><p>Salary competitive ($60-75K) with excellent PTO/benefits.
