The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills.</p><h3>What you will do</h3><p>Strong expertise in technical design and hands-on coding using <b>Microservices, Java, SQL, and AWS preferred (SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM policies) / Azure Cloud works if really well versed.</b></p><h3>Technical Leadership</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in production debugging, reviewing and approving code changes</li><li>Experience building large-scale enterprise systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership</h3><ul><li>Experience leading a team of 4–5 developers, including task delegation and maintaining test quality</li><li>Ability to resolve technical blockers and conflicts</li><li>Experience managing cross-team dependencies in large enterprise environments</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders</li></ul><h3>AI Exposure</h3><ul><li>Enthusiastic about using AI in coding</li><li>Experience improving the SDLC using AI, such as coding automation, reverse engineering, test automation, debugging, and design generation</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><h3>Required Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience with Java, Springboot.</li><li>3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microservices and AWS Cloud Preferred / Azure</li><li>3–5 years of team lead experience</li></ul><h3>Good to Have</h3><ul><li>AWS Certification</li><li>Experience developing AI-based solutions for business problems</li><li>Good to have Golang experience as well.</li></ul><h3>Pay Range</h3><p>$130000/Anum</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><h3>Work Requirements</h3><p>This role is considered an on-site position located in <b>Houston, TX</b></p><h3>Travel requirements</h3><p>Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.</p></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
