Junior Software Developer

Projects will focus on designing and implementing software solutions to optimize and streamline internal processes while supporting our operations and trading teams.</p><br /><h3>Overview</h3><br /><p>Junior Software Developer role focused on contributing meaningfully across all facets of the business and supporting the firm's growth and diversification.</p><br /><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Collaborate with portfolio managers and the broader team on development projects.</li><br /><li>Design and implement software solutions to optimize internal processes and support operations and trading teams.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>0-2 years of industry experience</li><br /><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field</li><br /><li>Proficient programming skills in Python</li><br /><li>Strong eagerness to learn and grow</li><br /><li>Creative problem-solving skills</li><br /><li>A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to dive into any project</li><br /><li>STEM academic background</li><br /><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><br /><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li><br /><li>Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and translate them into clean, robust, and efficient code</li><br /><li>Basic IT knowledge (e.g., diagnosing internet and printer issues, understanding cybersecurity best practices)</li><br /><li>Willingness to work onsite in Miami, Florida</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Nice To Have</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Experience developing cloud-based software (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><br /><li>Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker</li><br /><li>Familiarity with Git</li><br /><li>Understanding of financial terminology</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Location</h3><br /><p>Based in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL.
