<h3>Overview</h3><br /><p>Epic Analyst, MyChart — University of Miami Health System (UHealth). This is a full-time role in the IT Department.</p><br /><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users; identify issues and resolve them.</li><br /><li>Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Epic MyChart configuration and workflows.</li><br /><li>Support all phases of testing and document workflow design.</li><br /><li>Analyze information technology in clinical work processes and validate impacts to the workflow.</li><br /><li>Provide day-to-day application support, evaluate and resolve service tickets, implement requested changes, and retrieve data promptly.</li><br /><li>Collaborate with trainers on application changes and new features to develop documentation and training strategies.</li><br /><li>Assist with analyzing the impact of information technology in clinical work processes.</li><br /><li>Participate in on-call rotations and support; attend applicable committees; maintain regular communication with team and participate in weekly project team meetings.</li><br /><li>Review project status and issues with leadership; become knowledgeable about UHealth policies, procedures, and business operations; adhere to University and unit-level policies and safeguard university assets.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Core Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li><br /><li>Epic MyChart Certification</li><br /><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience</li><br /><li>Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form</li><br /><li>Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships</li><br /><li>Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems</li><br /><li>Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others</li><br /><li>Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)</li><br /><li>Commitment to the University’s core values</li><br /><li>Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered</li><br /></ul><br /><p>The University of Miami is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
