Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.</p><h3>Base pay range</h3><p>$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr</p><p>Sigma Defense is seeking a talented, former Navy Surface Warfare Officer to join the SMWDC team as a Capability Assessments, <strong>Experimentation and Future Requirements Analyst</strong>. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.<br /><br /></strong></em><strong>Requirements<br /><br /></strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer.</li><li>5+ years of recent experience in technical writing or writing Project Objective Memorandum (POM) issues.</li><li>3+ years of recent experience in the acquisition community or with the Government's POM process.</li><li>5+ years of experience with Combat Systems; its components and instructions.</li><li>5+ years of experience with Command and Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement, and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets</li><li>Experience as a WTI (AMW or ASW/SUW) qualified officer preferred.
