The ideal candidate will bring analytical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to enhance business processes and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.</p><br /><h3><b>Job Summary:</b></h3><br /><p>The <b>Business Analyst</b> at CiviTronix will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and management to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize workflows, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. You will play a key role in helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that engineering projects and internal operations are delivered effectively and efficiently.</p><br /><p>This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing, dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of key initiatives and the achievement of long-term business goals.</p><br /><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><br /><ul><br /><li><b>Business Process Analysis &amp; Improvement:</b><br />Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows within engineering and project management teams.<br />Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to design and implement optimized processes that increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.</li><br /><li><b>Requirements Gathering &amp; Documentation:</b><br />Engage with stakeholders (engineers, project managers, senior leadership) to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.<br />Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps, ensuring all requirements are well-defined and understood.</li><br /><li><b>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</b><br />Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide insights into business performance and project outcomes.<br />Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and project teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and operational metrics.<br />Use data to identify trends, make recommendations, and support decision-making.</li><br /><li><b>Project Support &amp; Management:</b><br />Collaborate with project teams to ensure that business requirements are aligned with project objectives.<br />Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.<br />Assist with risk management by identifying potential issues and helping develop strategies to mitigate them.</li><br /><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration:</b><br />Work closely with various departments (engineering, finance, IT, HR, etc.) to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented across the organization.<br />Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.</li><br /><li><b>Continuous Improvement &amp; Innovation:</b><br />Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to improve business processes, leveraging the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies.<br />Assist in evaluating and recommending new tools, systems, or platforms that can enhance business operations.</li><br /><li><b>Change Management &amp; Training:</b><br />Assist with the implementation of process changes or new technologies, including developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting teams during the transition phase.<br />Ensure that changes are smoothly integrated into business operations and that staff are equipped to adopt new processes or systems.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></h3><br /><ul><br /><li><b>Educational Background:</b><br />A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.<br />A certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus, but not required.</li><br /><li><b>Experience:</b><br />2+ years of experience in a business analysis or similar role, preferably in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.<br />Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and familiarity with engineering or project-based workflows is beneficial.<br />Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.</li><br /><li><b>Technical Skills:</b><br /><ul><br /><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><br /><li>Experience with Business Analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar).</li><br /><li>Familiarity with ERP systems or project management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Procore, MS Project) is a plus.</li><br /><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.</li><br /><li>Ability to create process maps, business requirements documents, and other documentation.</li><br /></ul><br /></li><br /><li><b>Soft Skills:</b><br /><ul><br /><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><br /><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and analytically.</li><br /><li>Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><br /><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.</li><br /><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.</li><br /><li>Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li><br /></ul><br /></li><br /></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
