<h3>Section</h3><h3>Details</h3><h3>Job Title</h3><p>Azure Lead/Senior Developer</p><h3>Job Type</h3><p>Full Time</p><h3>Client Location</h3><p>Oakland, CA</p><h3>Work Arrangement</h3><p>Remote</p><h3>Duration</h3><p>Full Time</p><h3>Pay Rate / Salary</h3><p>$120-$130k/yr.</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><ul><li>We are seeking an experienced <b>Azure Lead / Senior Developer</b> to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud applications and solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services, .NET/C#, microservices, APIs, cloud-native development, andDevOps, with the ability to provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.</li><li>The role will involve translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, driving application modernization and cloud migration initiatives, and ensuring best practices for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.</li><li>The candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade Azure solutions.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide technical expertise, project oversight, communication, and collaboration within the assigned development team(s) and with stakeholders, guiding and ensuring projects meet specifications.</li><li>Play a key role in architecting, designing, and building performant and scalable solutions using the Microsoft .NET Core stack and Azure platform</li><li>Design and develop software applications on all levels (full stack) persistence, business logic and service layers, frontend, and APIs</li><li>Write scalable, testable, high-quality code that meets requirements</li><li>Work closely with the offshore counterparts to mentor the team and strengthen them in terms of proactive and predictable delivery while ensuring the desired quality standards.</li><li>Mentor engineers on Software Engineering best practices via design and code reviews. Ensure delivery of high-quality, value-driven, operationally efficient features that support technology platform and business initiatives.</li><li>Own the software development life cycle. Lead development work and provide vision from project inception to architecture planning, development, release, and production.</li><li>Build robust relationships across development teams, business analysts and all key stakeholders involved in projects.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other teams (and managers) to help with continuous improvement of the architecture, tools, and processes.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization while keeping leaders apprised of strategies, operational progress, issues, concerns, mitigation, and remediation plans.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>.NET Core, EF Core, Azure functions hands on experience</li><li>8 10 years of hands-on experience in designing/architecting enterprise software solutions including cloud-based applications using <b>C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and Web/Rest API</b></li><li>5+ years using <b>Azure Dev Ops</b> - especially Git Repositories, pull requests, and creation of Deployment Pipelines</li><li>3+ years developing UI-based applications leveraging modern practices and tools such as <b>Blazor, Responsive Design, Bootstrap, Modular CSS, Ajax.</b></li><li>3-5 years of prior technical management experience leading and mentoring teams of software engineers.</li><li>Hands on Azure functions, <b>C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and Web/Rest API</b></li><li>Hands-on application development experience using Azure components such as <b>Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Queues, Azure API Management, etc.</b></li><li>Experience using best practices patterns and approaches to address the challenges inherent in re-engineering existing, complex systems</li><li>Ability to build relationships, balance multiple priorities, and communicate across diverse teams.</li><li>Ability to deal with ambiguous situations.</li><li>Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies</li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities</li></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
