This includes providing financial support and leadership to Finance and Operations leaders, playing a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives and formulating and executing operations strategies. The position plays a critical role in managing manufacturing cost performance and driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making.</p><br /><h3>Duties & Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Lead month-end activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.</li><br /><li>Ensure accurate account reconciliations and financial integrity within SAP.</li><br /><li>Perform detailed costing analysis, including standard cost, review, and maintenance.</li><br /><li>Support recurring financial reports, summarizing in a timely manner, identifying key drivers, and working with cross-departmental teams to lead change through KPI management.</li><br /><li>Support annual budget and rolling forecast process, integrating operational and cost assumptions.</li><br /><li>Monitor performance on a weekly & monthly basis vs latest projection cycle and annual budget.</li><br /><li>Support internal and external SOX Audits.</li><br /><li>Drives continuous financial improvement through preparation/review of business cases, inventory analysis, new product and discontinuance analysis, and spending analysis.</li><br /><li>Ensures that financial reports and records are prepared in compliance with US GAAP and client financial policies.</li><br /><li>Performs other related duties and assignments as required.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><br /><p>Education & ExperienceRequires 2+ years of relevant progressive accounting / finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing operations, product costing, manufacturing variances and inventory control, financial analysis, and budgeting & forecasting experience preferredRequires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.</p><br /><h3>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</h3><br /><p>Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPS, etc.)ERP experience is necessary; specifically, SAP experience is preferred.</p><br /><h3>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with management of all levels and disciplines.</h3><br /><p>Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and procedures.Self-driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed, challenging environment with strong attention to detail.</p></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
