high-autonomy environment and helping establish GTM processes from scratch.

Additional backgrounds considered:

Career changers entering sales with a credible foundation in selling, prospecting, or outreach, although traditional SDR/BDR experience is preferred.

Recent graduates with meaningful internships involving direct selling, prospecting, or customer outreach.

Preferred Qualifications / Green Flags

Strong professional references and highly positive feedback from former managers and teammates.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quotas in high-volume outbound sales roles.

Proven ability to quickly adopt and become proficient in new CRMs and sales tools.

Previous experience selling into healthcare providers, provider groups, or EHR‑adjacent organizations.

Prior SDR/BDR experience in a startup or $100,000-$120,000

Compensation Structure: 70% base salary / 30% variable compensation

Equity: Included

Career Progression: Defined, meritocratic pathway from BDR to Account Executive

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join an AI-powered healthcare technology company tackling meaningful challenges across the healthcare ecosystem.

Rather than stepping into a rigid, established sales organization, you'll have the opportunity to help build and improve the company's GTM engine, work directly with cross‑functional stakeholders, and contribute to expanding its network of healthcare providers.

For an ambitious, competitive, and coachable early‑career sales professional, this role offers significant ownership, exposure to modern AI‑enabled sales strategies, and a clear path toward an Account Executive position.

#J-18808-Ljbffr
