Epic application analyst

<p><b>Direct Hire - 110K to 115K with full benefits</b></p><p><b>This position is fully remote for candidates residing in approved hiring states.</b></p><p><b>Locations: AZ, CT, FL, MA, ME, MD, MI, NJ, NH, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, WI</b></p><p><b>Support the build, configuration, maintenance, testing, optimization, and integration of Epic applications</b></p><p>We're seeking an Epic IS Analyst to support <b>the build, configuration, maintenance, testing, optimization, and integration of Epic applications</b> in a healthcare environment. This role will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, resolve production issues, and support ongoing application upgrades and migration efforts.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications.</li><li>Manage production support, maintenance tickets, and issue resolution.</li><li>Perform testing, validation, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.</li><li>Support application migrations, deployments, and environment promotions.</li><li>Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and third-party vendors on application enhancements and integrations.</li><li>Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and ongoing support activities.</li><li>Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>At least one active Epic certification required.</li><li>3+ years of experience supporting Epic or other enterprise healthcare applications.</li><li>Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities</li><li>Experience supporting third-party application integrations.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Epic Inpatient experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience with Epic ClinDoc and/or Epic Research preferred.</li><li>Healthcare industry experience.</li><li>Experience supporting application migrations and upgrades.</li></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
