This role<br />will define To-Be requirements and processes to support the design<br />and development of new applications in alignment with agency's<br />technology roadmap.</p><br /><h3>Day-to-Day Tasks</h3><br /><ol><br /><li>Leading JAD sessions for As-Is/To-Be business processes/use cases.</li><br /><li>Interviewing stakeholders to document requirements for existing and<br />new applications.</li><br /><li>Working across all bureaus and units to understand<br />mission-critical business processes.</li><br /></ol><br /><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder's business<br />needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes<br />and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-<br />functional requirements for development.</li><br /><li>84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development<br />artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use<br />cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface<br />specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.</li><br /><li>60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases, and working with<br />users on User Acceptance Testing.</li><br /><li>60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements<br />Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements<br />Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements<br />change control.</li><br /><li>60 Months Experience working with application architects and development<br />teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements.</li><br /><li>CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the<br />International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).</li><br /></ul><br /><p>MVP Consulting Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
