Programmer Analyst I – Store Systems

<p><b>URM Stores, Inc</b> is looking for a talented <b>Programmer Analyst</b> to join our ever growing Store Systems team here at our Corporate office in Spokane, WA. You’ll support the core systems that keep stores running. This role focuses on development, support, and integration of store technology including POS, payments, and data flows across the enterprise.</p><br /><p>You’ll work inside a product team that owns store systems end to end. That means you build it, support it, and improve it. You will handle day-to-day issues, deliver enhancements, and help stabilize operations across member stores.</p><br /><p>This is a career role with real production responsibility.</p><br /><p>This is a 100% onsite position, relocation assistance will not be provided.</p><br /><h3>Key Areas Of Responsibility</h3><br /><h3>Application Development &amp; Support</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Develop, test, and maintain code supporting store systems and integrations.</li><br /><li>Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for POS and store applications.</li><br /><li>Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause resolution.</li><br /><li>Participate in on-call rotation for store systems support.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Store Systems (POS &amp; Payments)</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Support POS platforms, payment processing systems, and store back-office systems.</li><br /><li>Assist with configuration, deployment, and upgrades of store technologies.</li><br /><li>Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve system defects and outages.</li><br /><li>Ensure uptime and performance across store environments.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Integration &amp; Data Interchange</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Build and support APIs and integration services connecting store systems to enterprise platforms.</li><br /><li>Maintain data flows between POS, ERP, warehouse, and reporting systems.</li><br /><li>Troubleshoot data issues across interfaces and downstream systems.</li></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
