Regional Finance Coordinator

<p>A <b>well-established healthcare organization</b> is seeking an experienced <b>Regional Finance Coordinator</b> to support and oversee the financial operations of multiple <b>skilled nursing facilities throughout Upstate New York</b>.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and an effective leader with the ability to work closely with facility leadership to drive strong financial and operational performance.</p><p><b>Candidate must be able to travel throughout Upstate New York.</b></p><h3>Duties:</h3><ul><li><p>Oversee financial performance for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities within the region</p></li><li><p>Partner with Administrators, DONs, and facility leadership to improve financial and operational outcomes</p></li><li><p>Monitor revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls</p></li><li><p>Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop appropriate action plans</p></li><li><p>Provide coaching and financial education to Business Office Managers and facility leadership</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li><p>Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilities</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and skilled nursing facility reimbursement models</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with executive and facility leadership teams</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel regularly throughout Upstate NY</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
