Data Analyst with Russian

<p>For a rapidly growing digital bank in the Central Asia region, we are looking for experienced <b>Data Analysts</b> focusing on regulatory reporting to strengthen the existing data team in delivering mandatory reporting for the local regulator.</p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>Analyze regulatory and business requirements and translate them into clear specifications for the data team.</li><li>Design data models and structures required for regulatory reporting.</li><li>Define control mechanisms and data quality rules to ensure correct and consistent outputs.</li><li>Prepare validation scenarios and verify the correctness of the reporting with the business.</li><li>Collaborate closely with data engineers and hand over prepared analytical specifications for implementation.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the business, risk, compliance, and data development teams.</li></ul><p><b>What you should have:</b></p><ul><li>Senior-level experience as a Data Analyst (6+ years) in an environment with established processes and complex data.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting (ideally from a banking environment).</li><li>Russian language at a very high level (C1+ / native) — all documentation and communication are in Russian.</li><li>Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling (DWH concepts, star schema).</li><li>Ability to communicate with the business, understand its needs, and translate them into clear specifications.</li><li>A strong sense of precision, quality, and consistency in data outputs.</li></ul><p><b>Nice to have:</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of the specifics of Central Asian / Russian-Eastern banking regulations (which differ from European regulations).</li><li>Experience with BI and data visualization (Power BI).</li><li>Communicative level of English (min.
