Senior eCommerce UAT Specialist

<p>Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce UAT Specialist to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives across MyBobs.com, the Bob’s Mobile App, 3D Room Designer, and related systems. This hybrid role partners with Product, Development, UX, Marketing, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences through manual and automated testing, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.</p><p>Hybrid schedule with a minimum of two in-office days per week in Manchester, CT; qualified remote candidates will also be considered.</p><p>What You’ll Bring to Bob's Success in this role is driven by a blend of technical testing expertise, analytical thinking, leadership, collaboration, and customer focus.</p><h3>Key Skills for Success</h3><h3>Core Competencies &amp; Expertise</h3><ul><li>User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, planning, execution, and signoff</li><li>Manual, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing</li><li>Test planning, test case creation, defect tracking, and risk assessment</li><li>eCommerce platforms and customer journey validation</li><li>Agile/Scrum and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</li><li>Cross-browser, cross-device, and mobile application testing</li><li>Test automation tools (Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)</li><li>JIRA, Asana, Panaya, or similar defect/project management tools</li><li>API validation, JSON analysis, and browser developer tools</li><li>UX, accessibility, ADA/WCAG, and usability testing</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication</li><li>Leadership, mentoring, prioritization, and continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>Preferred Competencies &amp; Skills</h3><ul><li>SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience</li><li>Google Analytics, Bloomreach, or related digital experience platforms</li><li>Postman, SoapUI, or API testing tools</li><li>Retail or furniture industry experience</li><li>AI-assisted testing methodologies</li><li>SAP ERP and order management knowledge</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>7+ years of eCommerce QA, UAT, or related experience</li><li>Experience leading complex UAT initiatives in Agile environments</li><li>Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members</li></ul><h3>Physical Demands</h3><p>This is primarily a sedentary office/hybrid position requiring prolonged computer use, frequent communication with team members, and the ability to occasionally attend meetings or training sessions on-site.</p><h3>Expected Base Pay</h3><p>Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: $90,000 - $110,000</p><p>It is policy of Bob’s Discount Furniture, Inc., to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment.
