S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.”</b></p><br /><p><b>Job Title:</b> Business Analyst<br /><b>Location: Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; Phoenix, AZ</b><br /><b>Contract Length:</b> 14 Months</p><br /><h3>Position Summary</h3><br /><p>Seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong SQL and SAS skills and experience leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions.</p><br /><p>This role focuses on analyzing non-IT business problems, identifying process improvement opportunities, gathering complex business requirements, and developing data-driven solutions that support business objectives.</p><br /><p>The position requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to partner with business stakeholders, IT execution teams, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.</p><br /><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Analyze non-IT business problems and articulate requirements to support process improvement opportunities.</li><br /><li>Develop frameworks for assessing financial payback and evaluating alternative solutions.</li><br /><li>Identify potential solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs.</li><br /><li>Prepare documentation of current and desired business processes.</li><br /><li>Gather complex business requirements by partnering with customers to define business problems and data needs.</li><br /><li>Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.</li><br /><li>Develop requirements and establish a common understanding between process owners and solution developers.</li><br /><li>Assess process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><br /><li>Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions involving data visualization, data transformation, and data collection.</li><br /><li>Utilize multiple data structures and sources to support business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives.</li><br /><li>Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in analytics solutions.</li><br /><li>Partner with IT execution and data engineering teams to develop analytic infrastructures, scalable data pipelines, and related business intelligence solutions.</li><br /><li>Apply data visualization best practices to identify and interpret trends and patterns while following enterprise branding standards.</li><br /><li>Incorporate prototyping, usability, and end-user experience considerations into dashboards, reports, insights, and analytical products.</li><br /><li>Collaborate on technical standards, governance practices, process frameworks, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><br /><li>Support responsible AI practices in the development and implementation of analytics solutions.</li><br /><li>Apply innovative scientific and quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make business recommendations.</li><br /><li>Influence data, information, and application architecture decisions through systems thinking.</li><br /><li>Support reliable, high-quality data for analytics solutions.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Strong SQL skills.</li><br /><li>Strong SAS skills.</li><br /><li>Experience leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).</li><br /><li>Experience gathering complex business requirements and translating business problems into analytical solutions.</li><br /><li>Experience with business intelligence solutions, including data visualization, data transformation, and data collection.</li><br /><li>Understanding of multiple data structures and data sources.</li><br /><li>Experience with analytic infrastructures, data engineering, or related business intelligence initiatives.</li><br /><li>Knowledge of data visualization best practices, prototyping, usability, and end-user experience.</li><br /><li>Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.</li><br /><li>Ability to assess business processes and identify process improvement opportunities.</li><br /><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><br /><li>Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT execution teams, and data engineering teams.</li><br /><li>Understanding of technical standards, governance practices, process frameworks, and continuous improvement.</li><br /><li>Ability to influence data, information, and application architecture decisions.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Full-time employment experience within large banks or fintech organizations.</li><br /><li>Credit experience.</li><br /><li>U.S. education.</li><br /></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
