The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis and data analysis experience and the ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support enterprise technology initiatives.</p><br /><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.</li><br /><li>Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.</li><br /><li>Formulate system solutions that align with overall business strategies and objectives.</li><br /><li>Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.</li><br /><li>Conduct business process mapping and business process reengineering activities.</li><br /><li>Identify and evaluate new applications of technology to solve business problems.</li><br /><li>Develop solution recommendations and perform risk identification and assessment activities.</li><br /><li>Prepare financial analyses, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI evaluations, and buy-versus-build assessments.</li><br /><li>Develop detailed documentation describing user needs, program functionality, business processes, and system requirements.</li><br /><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, project teams, and application support teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><br /><li>Analyze raw data and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.</li><br /><li>Experience working with customer IT organizations, including Architecture, Project Delivery, and Application Support/Sustainment teams.</li><br /><li>Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.</li><br /><li>Experience conducting business process analysis and process improvement initiatives.</li><br /><li>Strong experience analyzing raw data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.</li><br /><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Strong Data Analyst experience using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.</li><br /><li>Experience evaluating and supporting technology solutions and implementations.</li><br /><li>Knowledge of business process reengineering methodologies.</li><br /><li>Project management experience.</li><br /><li>PMP certification is a plus.</li><br /><li>Government or public sector experience preferred.</li><br /></ul><br /><p><b>Luna Data Solutions, Inc.
