You'll take client work from strategy brief to finished design, building brand systems, campaigns, decks, and the assets that bring them to life.</p><br /><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><br /><ul><br /><li><p>Own design delivery across brand kits, campaign systems, decks, and ongoing client assets.</p></li><br /><li><p>Turn strategy briefs into clear, distinctive design, and challenge the brief when the idea needs more work.</p></li><br /><li><p>Support shoots and manage vendors with light oversight.</p></li><br /><li><p>Present your work to clients and explain the thinking behind it.</p></li><br /><li><p>Partner with strategists and account leads to keep projects moving and deliver work on schedule.</p></li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Requirements:</h3><br /><ul><br /><li><p>Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and campaign work across multiple styles.</p></li><br /><li><p>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.</p></li><br /><li><p>Ability to take work from concept through final delivery.</p></li><br /><li><p>Strong presentation and communication skills.</p></li><br /><li><p>Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.</p></li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Bonus:</h3><br /><ul><br /><li><p>Systems thinking: you can keep a brand consistent across channels without making everything look the same.</p></li><br /><li><p>Experience working with deep-tech or science companies.</p></li><br /><li><p>A strong eye for when to push an idea further.</p></li><br /><li><p>Comfort moving quickly between independent work and close collaboration.</p></li><br /><li><p>Interest in mentoring other designers as your responsibilities grow.</p></li><br /></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
