If you thrive on solving complex problems and turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments</li><li>Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and engineering teams</li><li>Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making</li><li>Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives</li><li>Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions meet defined requirements</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment</li><li>Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow documentation</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders</li><li>Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field</li></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
