This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and serving as a trusted resource for customers in industries that rely on critical power and electrical infrastructure solutions.</p><br /><p>The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with technical aptitude, helping customers identify solutions that support their operational needs while driving revenue growth throughout the assigned territory.</p><br /><h3>Job Requirements</h3><br /><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.</li><br /><li>Promote and sell a broad portfolio of power, electrical, energy storage, charging, and service solutions.</li><br /><li>Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical presentations, training sessions, and educational events.</li><br /><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations tailored to customer requirements.</li><br /><li>Review project specifications and technical requirements to develop effective solutions.</li><br /><li>Collaborate with customers and project stakeholders to support specification development and project planning.</li><br /><li>Deliver a high level of customer service and account support throughout the sales cycle.</li><br /><li>Manage customer-related agreements and business documentation as needed.</li><br /><li>Participate in site visits and field activities to strengthen customer relationships and gain project insight.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Account Support &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination (20%)</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.</li><br /><li>Coordinate with operations, service, customer support, and leadership teams regarding project updates, delivery schedules, warranty matters, and customer concerns.</li><br /><li>Communicate critical customer requirements to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Business Development (10%)</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Develop and execute territory growth strategies.</li><br /><li>Research market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity.</li><br /><li>Generate new leads and identify opportunities within existing and emerging markets.</li><br /><li>Build relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Industry Engagement &amp; Marketing Support (5%)</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, networking events, and industry associations.</li><br /><li>Support marketing initiatives by providing market intelligence and customer feedback.</li><br /><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Additional Responsibilities (5%)</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Maintain accurate records, sales activity updates, expense reporting, and scheduling.</li><br /><li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li><br /><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Minimum 5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.</li><br /><li>Experience selling into power systems, electrical infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, industrial, energy, or related markets preferred.</li><br /><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems, power equipment, energy storage technologies, or related technical products.</li><br /><li>Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.</li><br /><li>Proven ability to develop and execute territory growth plans.</li><br /><li>Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><br /><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.</li><br /><li>Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business software tools.</li><br /><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Territory Coverage</h3><br /><p>This position supports customers throughout:</p><br /><ul><br /><li>Coverage areas: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia. </li><br /></ul><br /><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving growth in a technical, solutions-based sales environment.</p><br /><p>Pay: $80,000-$160,000 #MCTA1</p><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
