Facilitates and coordinates performance improvement projects and data tracking from a facility-specific or system perspective.</p><br /><h3>Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Education Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant field required</li><br /><li>Experience 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Case Management, Discharge Planning, Utilization Review, Infection Control or nursing project development/education required</li><br /><li>Licenses and Certifications<br /> <ul><br /><li>RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required</li><br /><li>One of the following is required within 2 years of hire or transfer into position<br /> <ul><br /><li>CPHQ - Certified Professional Healthcare Quality</li><br /><li>CPHRM - Certified Healthcare Risk Management</li><br /><li>NATIONAL - National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role</li><br /></ul><br /></li><br /></ul><br /></li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Disclaimers</h3><br /><p>Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
