The ideal candidate will maximize ERP/MRP utilization (specifically within Acumatica or SAP), build strong vendor relationships, mitigate supply chain risks, streamline inventory and operational workflows, and establish a best-in-class supplier relationship management program.This is a hybrid role based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Somerville, New Jersey with an expectation of three days per week in the office.Key areas of experienceCross-Functional Collaboration (Manufacturing, NPI &amp; Planning)Strategic Sourcing &amp; Category ManagementSystems &amp; Operational IntegrationContract Negotiation &amp; Supplier ManagementSupplier Performance ControlFinancial &amp; Budgetary OversightLeadership &amp; Team DevelopmentAbility to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs &amp; Metrics)Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.EducationBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).Experience5-10+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing environments, specializing in Chemical procurement.SkillsProven track record supporting NPI processes, bill of materials (BOM) sourcing, and material planning integration.Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (direct experience with Acumatica MRP/WMS is highly desirable).Strong contract negotiation, supplier performance management, financial acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills.Certifications (Preferred): CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CSCP (APICS/ASCM), or Lean Six Sigma certificationWhy You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits &amp; Perks)At Specified Technologies Inc.
