Financial Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable business recommendations.</p><br /><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><br /><ul><li>$100,000–$115,000 salary</li><li>100% employer-paid employee healthcare premiums</li><li>90% employer-paid dependent premiums</li><li>Dental and vision</li><li>Employer-paid life and disability insurance</li><li>401(k) match plus profit sharing</li><li>PTO</li><li>Additional wellness and employee benefits</li></ul><br /><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><li>Conduct advanced financial and operational analysis.</li><li>Prepare financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.</li><li>Analyze labor and business-performance trends.</li><li>Prepare annual operating and CapEx budgets.</li><li>Identify cost savings, efficiencies and margin opportunities.</li><li>Partner with department leaders to gather and analyze data.</li><li>Prepare and present recommendations to executive leadership.</li></ul><br /><h3>Qualifications</h3><br /><ul><li>5+ years financial analysis experience preferred.</li><li>5+ years accounting experience.</li><li>Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.</li><li>Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.</li><li>Experience with BI/reporting tools; Tableau preferred.</li><li>Strong financial, operational and analytical capabilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Gaming/hospitality experience preferred.</li><li>CMS, HRIS or Indian Gaming experience is a plus.</li></ul><br /><b>JOB ID</b>: 182108#post<p>Darryl Downs</p><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
