Social Media/Web Designer

<div><p>We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented <b>Social Media &amp; Web Designer</b> to join our growing team. If you are passionate about brand storytelling, design, and digital engagement, we want to meet you!</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Develop, design, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).</li><li>Create visually compelling graphics, videos, flyers, ads, and promotional materials.</li><li>Maintain and update company website(s), ensuring responsiveness, SEO, and modern design standards.</li><li>Plan and execute social media content calendars that align with marketing goals.</li><li>Monitor audience engagement, performance analytics, and trends to improve strategy.</li><li>Work closely with marketing, recruiting, and operations teams to support campaigns and branding initiatives.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital channels.</li><li>Design landing pages, email templates, and other marketing pieces as needed.</li><li>Assist with online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).</li><li>Stay updated on social media algorithms, web design tools, and best practices.</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Web Designer, Graphic Designer, or related role.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and web work.</li><li>Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).</li><li>Experience with website builders or CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of SEO, UI/UX principles, and responsive web design.</li><li>Excellent written and visual communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or collaboratively.</li><li>Video editing experience is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li></ul><h3><b>Benefits</b></h3><ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the company and expand your creative portfolio.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment.</li><li>Ability to help shape the company’s online presence and brand voice.</li></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
