The best-qualified candidate will have a passion for helping organizations solve problems and document processes.</p><br /><h3>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Work directly with churches to understand problems, recommend solutions, and build them</li><br /><li>Develop solutions using Rock RMS, SQL, Vue.js, Lava/Liquid, APIs, and other technologies</li><br /><li>Use AI and modern development tools to research, prototype, troubleshoot, and build solutions</li><br /><li>Collaborate with a team of 20+ developers, consultants, and support staff when you need help or another perspective</li><br /><li>Test, document, deploy, and support the solutions you build</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Needed Attributes:</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Strong software development and problem-solving skills</li><br /><li>Experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, and web development</li><br /><li>Experience with Rock RMS or a similar CRM/ChMS platform</li><br /><li>Comfortable working directly with churches and ministry leaders</li><br /><li>Able to take a problem, research it, and independently work toward a solution</li><br /><li>Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools</li><br /><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><br /><li>Strong attention to quality, testing, and documentation</li><br /></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
