We are a team of resilient, forward-thinking innovators driving the AI revolution.</p><br /><h3>Position Summary:</h3><br /><p>Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven <b>Owner's Rep Electrical Superintendent</b> to monitor and provide expertise in electrical construction operations on large-scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this individual is responsible for overseeing field execution of power distribution, low- and medium-voltage systems, and electrical infrastructure while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.</p><br /><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities on site</li><br /><li>Oversee installation of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution</li><br /><li>Coordinate electrical subcontractors, labor, and equipment</li><br /><li>Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution</li><br /><li>Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues</li><br /><li>Partner with mechanical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination</li><br /><li>Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols</li><br /><li>Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover</li><br /><li>Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Basic Qualifications:</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>5+ years of experience in electrical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experience</li><br /><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution and critical infrastructure</li><br /><li>Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams</li><br /><li>Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications</li><br /><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills</li><br /><li>Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Experience with data centers, industrial plants, or mission-critical facilities</li><br /><li>Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, local codes)</li><br /><li>Experience supporting commissioning activities</li><br /><li>Prior work on large, fast-paced construction programs</li><br /></ul><br /><p><b>Please note that Applied Digital is currently unable to sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or provide immigration-related support for this position.
