<p>Job Details: Job Location: MD 1 APG - APG, MD 21005, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $119,000.00 Salary/year, Job Category: Purchasing - Procurement,</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Schedule Development &amp; Baseline Management: Develop, maintain, and analyze resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) mapped to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Estimation System (CES), and Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs).</li><li>Enterprise Risk &amp; Quantitative Analysis: Lead or support program risk management processes, executing Monte Carlo simulations, schedule risk analyses, and risk-loaded schedules to evaluate impacts on cost, performance, and milestones.</li><li>Cross-Functional IPT Support: Lead and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs/WIPTs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and milestone decisions, briefing senior leadership on critical paths, schedule variances, and execution status.</li><li>Financial &amp; EVM Integration: Integrate schedule toolsets with cost and financial data (EVM analysis, spend plans, status of funds) to support acquisition documentation and compliance with DoD acquisition guidance.</li><li>Acquisition Lifecycle Compliance: Evaluate technical, cost, and schedule data across research, development, testing, production, and sustainment phases in accordance with DoDI 5000.02 standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications: Required Education &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor\'s Degree (4-year) in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of direct experience in DoW acquisition lifecycle activities and management. Experience supporting federal, defense, or aerospace programs is preferred.</li><li>Clearance: Active or Interim SECRET clearance.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills &amp; Tool Proficiency</h3><ul><li>Scheduling Software: Proficiency with industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan, or Milestones Professional).</li><li>Risk Analysis &amp; Simulation: Demonstrated experience conducting schedule risk assessments and quantitative modeling using risk tools and simulations (e.g., Monte Carlo analysis, Risk Recon, or equivalent schedule risk software).</li><li>Cost &amp; Baseline Integration: Familiarity with integrating schedule baselines with program cost estimating, financial execution data, or Earned Value Management (EVM) toolsets (e.g., ACEIT, JACS, or similar cost/schedule integration software).</li><li>Productivity &amp; Reporting: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for developing schedule metrics, variance reports, and executive briefings.</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Baseline &amp; Variance Management: Proven ability to build and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), establish baseline changes, conduct critical path analysis, and perform schedule variance assessments.</li><li>Lifecycle Alignment: Understanding of structured project lifecycle frameworks (e.g., product development, system testing, production, or sustainment) and standard Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated expertise leading or supporting multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or project working groups to collect schedule status and resolve execution roadblocks.</li><li>Leadership Reporting: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of translating complex schedule and risk data into clear metrics, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.</li></ul><p>Interagency Readiness Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.</p><p>All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.</p><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
