The role requires close collaboration with Traders, Compliance, and other departments.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ol><li>Design new systems and service features.</li><li>Implement and maintain software using JavaScript and TypeScript.</li><li>Lead UI design and implementation using React.</li><li>Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams.</li></ol><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>BSc/BA or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of programming experience with JavaScript and related frameworks.</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining user interfaces.</li><li>Experience with messaging systems such as Aeron, Solace, or Tibco.</li><li>Proficiency with version control (Git) and build systems (Maven).</li></ul><p><b>Bonus:</b> Knowledge of Equities, Futures, or Treasury markets.</p><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>401K with 100% match up to 4%</li><li>Four weeks paid vacation</li><li>Relocation assistance provided</li></ul><p>We offer a $1,000 bonus for successful referrals.
