Visa Sponsorship is Available!</b> The details are below.</p><p><b>Job Title:</b> Sr. Developer<br /><b>Location:</b> San Antonio, TX 78288<br /><b>Work Schedule:</b> Onsite<br /><b>Contract Length:</b> 5 Months</p><p><b>Job Ref #:</b> JOB-248315</p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>Seeking an experienced Sr. Developer with strong hands-on software engineering skills and practical experience building AI-enabled and agentic software solutions.</p><p>This role focuses on developing production-quality software and reusable platform capabilities supporting AI-driven software delivery. The developer will build agentic workflows, tools, APIs, and integrations while incorporating AI capabilities into established software development processes.</p><p>The ideal candidate has experience delivering technically complex solutions, leading implementation efforts on large projects, identifying and resolving technical risks, and mentoring less experienced developers.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and develop high-quality, scalable, efficient software solutions and products on schedule.</li><li>Develop production-quality software and reusable platform capabilities supporting AI-driven software delivery.</li><li>Build agentic workflows, tools, APIs, and integrations using Python and modern agent orchestration frameworks.</li><li>Integrate capabilities with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, repositories, testing, security, and established software delivery processes.</li><li>Build and enhance reusable platform capabilities that enable agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.</li><li>Develop agent tools, APIs, integrations, execution patterns, and observability capabilities for use across multiple engineering teams.</li><li>Integrate AI-driven workflows into established developer tooling and delivery pipelines.</li><li>Support appropriate human decision gates, security controls, and production-readiness expectations.</li><li>Contribute to evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of agentic capabilities as usage scales.</li><li>Lead portions of implementation for one or two large-sized projects involving technically medium to highly complex solutions.</li><li>Create unit tests to ensure accuracy and software quality.</li><li>Identify significant technical risks and drive resolution.</li><li>Provide accurate and timely updates regarding technical task status.</li><li>Ensure project goals align with overall development objectives.</li><li>Mentor less experienced developers within the team.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>4+ years of Software Engineering experience.</b></li><li><b>2+ years of AI / Agentic Software Engineering experience.</b></li><li>Experience with Golang.</li><li>Experience with GitLab CI/CD.</li><li>Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.</li><li>Strong hands-on software development experience.</li><li>Practical experience building AI-enabled or agentic software solutions.</li><li>Experience integrating AI capabilities into established software delivery processes.</li><li>Experience developing scalable, efficient, production-quality software solutions.</li><li>Experience implementing technically complex solutions based on business requirements.</li><li>Experience creating unit tests and resolving technical issues.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with agent orchestration and tool/API integration.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud platforms.</li><li>Experience with observability and automated evaluation.</li><li>Experience developing production-quality distributed systems.</li><li>Experience building reusable platform capabilities used by multiple engineering teams.</li><li>Experience integrating AI-driven workflows across the software development lifecycle.</li></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
