Check out this video!</p><p>https://youtu.be/UorNA5uuQjU</p><h3><b>About The Role</b></h3><p>Take2 AI is hiring a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to lead and scale the infrastructure powering our AI-driven products.</p><p>Our systems already support thousands of candidate interactions each month—now we’re building for millions. You’ll evolve the architecture to meet new demands, guide technical direction, and mentor engineers while delivering high-impact solutions.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both high-scale environments and fast-moving startups, playing a key leadership role from design through production with significant ownership over technical execution and direction.</p><h3><b>In Terms of Experience</b></h3><h3><b>Required:</b></h3><ul><li><p>10+ years software engineering experience (with high exposure to full stack)</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering</p></li><li><p>Has held titles such as Senior SWE, Staff/Principal Engineer, Software Engineering Lead, or Technical Lead</p></li><li><p>2+ years at a Series D+ company</p></li><li><p>2+ years at a fast-paced and high-growth early-stage startup (Series A or lower)</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated hands-on technical leadership—ownership of a domain, architecture decisions, delegation/mentoring</p></li><li><p>Experience building, operating, and scaling high-throughput, high-availability distributed systems, including observability/monitoring and reliability for mission-critical systems</p></li><li><p>Capable of contributing across the stack—backend, infrastructure, and web/frontend—jumping in where needed to deliver end-to-end solutions.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable navigating and working within infrastructure environments, including Kubernetes (EKS), ECS, EC2, and Docker—able to deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize services in production.</p></li><li><p>Skilled with JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React, AWS, EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, MySQL/Postgres</p></li></ul><h3><b>Preferred:</b></h3><ul><li><p>Built, deployed and scaled end-to-end AI applications (LLMs, speech/voice, recommendation engines, etc.) in consumer-facing products</p></li><li><p>Experience with LLMs, Voice, Streaming, Low Latency, or Machine Learning Pipelines</p></li></ul><h3><b>What You’ll Do</b></h3><ul><li><p>Evolve and scale the backend architecture powering our AI-driven products</p></li><li><p>Lead technical execution: set architectural direction, mentor engineers, delegate effectively, and remain hands-on</p></li><li><p>Build and deliver end-to-end AI applications in close collaboration with product and founding teams</p></li><li><p>Ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of production systems</p></li><li><p>Strengthen and evolve our engineering standards and technical culture as a key early leader on the team</p></li></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
