Servicenow Developer

<h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li><b>Experience:</b><ul><li>3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.</li><li>2+ years of experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, and Asset Management.</li><li>Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including custom scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions), workflows, and reporting.</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including SOAP/REST web services and MID Server-based integrations.</li></ul></li><li><b>Skills &amp; Knowledge:</b><ul><li>Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Data Model, and best practices for CI relationship mapping.</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly related to Configuration Management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery tool and configuration of probes and sensors.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB is a plus.</li></ul></li></ul><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
