Specialty Representative, Psychiatry

<div><ul><li>In-person as well as virtual coverage for field sales vacancies and potentially other business needed support</li><li>Ability to use sales techniques to ensure positive results to assigned list of healthcare professionals</li><li>Verify and complete required data entry including details of the interaction, and any follow through actions in accordance with policies and procedures</li><li>Manage daily sales call activity to optimize time and maximize the achievement of sales objectives</li><li>Listen and respond appropriately to customer questions and needs, ensuring acceptance of, or agreement with a 'call plan' objective</li><li>Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and ensure clear, concise and accurate communication of product information with target audiences using proper medical terminology within Compliance guidelines</li><li>Successfully complete all product and Compliance training to service customers within the parameters of the program</li><li>Display a positive attitude and customer focus, provide timely resolution for all customer issues, concerns, and/or questions</li></ul><br /><h3>Requirements</h3><br /><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Sales experience preferred / 0-2 years of relevant sales experience is required</li><li>The ability to work independently, highly organized and superior communication skills</li><li>Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians and office staff preferred</li><li>Skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to learn and assimilate information into practice to follow established best practices</li></ul><br /><h3>Core Competencies</h3><br /><p>Demonstrates strong sales techniques and effective communication skills to engage healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and achieving sales objectives.
