<div><p>Job Title – <b>Analyst 2, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</b></p><br /><p>Job Location – <b>El Paso, Texas, United States of America, 79912</b></p><br /><p>Duration: 12 Months</p><br /><p>Job Description -</p><br /><p><b>In this on‑site role, the Finance Analyst provides Financial/Accounting support for the client SRG/MDS business, specifically Infection Prevention Manufacturing Plant in EL Paso, TX. This includes providing financial support and leadership to Finance and Operations leaders, playing a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives and formulating and executing operations strategies. The position plays a critical role in managing manufacturing cost performance and driving continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.</b></p><br /><h3>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Lead month‑end activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.</li><br /><li>Ensure accurate account reconciliations and financial integrity within SAP.</li><br /><li>Perform detailed costing analysis, including standard cost, review, and maintenance.</li><br /><li>Support recurring financial reports, summarizing in a timely manner, identifying key drivers, and working with cross‑departmental teams to lead change through KPI management.</li><br /><li>Support annual budget and rolling forecast process, integrating operational and cost assumptions. Monitor performance on a weekly &amp; monthly basis vs latest projection cycle and annual budget.</li><br /><li>Support internal and external SOX Audits.</li><br /><li>Drives continuous financial improvement through preparation/review of business cases, inventory analysis, new product and discontinuance analysis, and spending analysis.</li><br /><li>Ensures that financial reports and records are prepared in compliance with US GAAP and client financial policies.</li><br /><li>Performs other related duties and assignments as required.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Minimum qualifications</h3><br /><h3>Education &amp; Experience</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Requires 2+ years of relevant progressive accounting / finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing operations, product costing, manufacturing variances and inventory control, financial analysis, and budgeting &amp; forecasting experience preferred.</li><br /><li>Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs, etc.).</li><br /><li>ERP experience is necessary; specifically, SAP experience is preferred.</li><br /><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with management of all levels and disciplines.</li><br /><li>Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and procedures.</li><br /><li>Self‑driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement.</li><br /><li>Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrixed, challenging environment with strong attention to detail.</li><br /></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
