If you have a passion for building programs that bridge the gap between developer communities and creator platforms, we want to hear from you.</p><br /><p>This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London.</p><br /><h3><b>WHAT WE DO</b></h3><br /><ul><br /><li>The Rockstar Games Creator Platform Team delivers a technology platform that enables players to experience community-created content on fully customized dedicated servers where creators can develop their own game modes and other modifications in a variety of scripting languages.</li><br /><li>We provide a curated digital storefront, the Cfx Marketplace, where talented GTAV and RDR2 creators can share and sell custom scripts, assets, and more.</li><br /><li>We work closely with our worldwide community of players, creators, and server operators to grow our platform, and act as a point of contact between the community and our product and development teams in support of their success on the platform.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Define and execute the overall Developer Relations strategy for the Rockstar Creator Platform.</li><br /><li>Define, stand up, and manage formal Developer Relations programs, including community engagement and outreach initiatives.</li><br /><li>Identify opportunities to strengthen creator engagement and grow the creator ecosystem, attracting new developers and creators to the Creator Platform.</li><br /><li>Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem creators and server owners, serving as a trusted point of contact and advocate.</li><br /><li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Advocacy teams to ensure community feedback is systematically captured and actioned.</li><br /><li>Monitor and report on community sentiment, ecosystem health, and key developer relations metrics to leadership.</li><br /><li>Coordinate with the Community Management team to ensure alignment on messaging and community strategy.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></h3><br /><ul><br /><li>8+ years of professional experience in developer relations, creator success, partner management, or a related field within the technology or video game industries.</li><br /><li>Experience standing up or maturing developer/creator-facing programs with identifiable and actionable outcomes.</li><br /><li>Strong understanding of creator platforms, UGC products, developer tools, marketplaces, digital economies, or live-service game products.</li><br /><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and find practical solutions.</li><br /><li>Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.</li><br /><li>Ability to translate community insights into actionable insights and recommendations.</li><br /><li>Comfort managing relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><br /><li>Strong organizational skills, with experience establishing processes and workflows for distributed or cross-functional teams.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3><b>PLUSES</b></h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Deep familiarity with the FiveM/RedM ecosystem or similar modding and UGC communities.</li><br /><li>Experience working within a creator platform or two-sided marketplace.</li><br /><li>Experience scaling developer relations or evangelism from an early stage to a more structured program.</li><br /><li>Familiarity with UGC ecosystems, game modding, and the broader creator ecosystem.</li><br /><li>Experience managing or moderating large online communities.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3><b>Equal Opportunity Statement</b></h3><br /><p>Rockstar is committed to creating a work environment that promotes equal opportunity, dignity and respect.
