If you are looking to impact the creative software of the future through data, join our team!</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards to track product and user health.</li><li>Proactively identify usage trends and communicate relevant insights to assist product decision-making.</li><li>Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Growth to drive actionable data requirements.</li><li>Automate and optimize data pipelines using SQL and/or Python-based ETL Frameworks.</li><li>Maintain technical standards and platform documentation (i.e., data dictionary, style guide, ERD).</li><li>Assist in growing the business’ usage of Business Intelligence tools to drive efficiency in reporting.</li><li>Diagnose platform performance gaps and provide recommendations to improve scale.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>6-10 years of hands-on experience working with large scale data, developing innovative data solutions in a cloud environment.</li><li>Demonstrated experience incepting and driving projects independently.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.</li><li>Extensive experience with BI platforms (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).</li><li>Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration platforms (i.e., Airflow, MuleSoft, SnapLogic).</li><li>Ability to optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and scalability.</li><li>Knowledge of data modeling concepts and database design methodologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Experience with modern cloud platforms (i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP).</li><li>Experience with Databricks (on Azure or AWS) is a plus.</li><li>Experience with web analytics platforms (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>$70.43 per hour.</li></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
