<div><p>Assistant to the Chief Representative – United States of America Office (Dubai Chambers)</p><br /><h3>Overview</h3><br /><p>Provide support to the Chief Representative in implementing international relations objectives, maintaining effective and sustainable operations, managing stakeholder relations, and assisting with roadmap implementation.</p><br /><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Ensure all administrative operations are conducted to the highest standard, meeting all reporting procedures and deadlines delegated by HQ.</li><br /><li>Manage all types of communication and support marketing and social media outreach.</li><br /><li>Assist full‑cycle implementation of project‑based activities via the International Offices.</li><br /><li>Support the organization of all business facilitation platforms, such as seminars, conferences, group discussions, roundtables, forums and others.</li><br /><li>Provide assistance to the Chief Representative when and if needed.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Information Security</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Adhere to information security policies/processes/programs and report any security breaches or incidents to direct management.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes and practices, considering international leading practices to improve productivity and operational efficiency.</li><br /><li>Provide critical input to support development of departmental systems, policies, processes and procedures to meet business requirements.</li><br /><li>Ensure team members comply with all departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment</h3><br /><p>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high‑quality services.</p><br /><h3>Reporting</h3><br /><p>Prepare departmental reports timely and accurately, meeting Dubai requirements, policies and quality standards.</p><br /><h3>Monthly Salary</h3><br /><p>$3,000 – $5,000 USD</p><br /><h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Bachelor’s degree in international business, business administration or a related field.</li><br /><li>1–2 years of progressive experience in corporate affairs, external relations in large organizations or businesses.</li><br /><li>Business research experience and local country business community awareness.</li><br /><li>Fluent in English and local and international languages (reading, speaking, writing).</li><br /><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.</li><br /><li>Strong teamwork skills.</li><br /><li>Proficiency in French.</li><br /></ul><br /><h3>Core Competencies</h3><br /><ul><br /><li>Communication Skills</li><br /><li>PR Management</li><br /><li>Events Management</li><br /><li>Local/International Business &amp; Trade Acumen</li><br /><li>Business &amp; Trade Promotions Management</li><br /><li>International Relations Management</li><br /><li>Diplomatic &amp; International Business Protocol</li><br /></ul></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
