Your insights will be critical to understanding customer behavior and driving impactful changes across the organization.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Analyze clickstream and transactional data to derive insights into the customer journey</li><li>Formulate hypotheses to address bottlenecks and improve user experiences</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are accurately implemented</li><li>Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to validate strategies</li><li>Present synthesized insights through compelling narratives to various internal stakeholders</li><li>Partner with teams across Engagement &amp; Retention, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to drive product growth</li><li>Use statistical and data science models to enhance understanding of the customer journey from acquisition to retention</li><li>Utilize Power BI and Tableau for creating diagnostic analytics dashboards</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>8 to 10 years of industry experience in data or business analysis</li><li>High proficiency in data manipulation using SQL-like languages</li><li>Experience with big data platforms and clickstream data</li><li>Proficiency in Python or R</li><li>Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI</li><li>Solid understanding of statistical modelling and data mining</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience conducting A/B testing</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team</li></ul><h3>Seniority level</h3><p>Mid-Senior level</p><h3>Employment type</h3><p>Contract</p><h3>Job function</h3><p>Information Technology</p><h3>Industry</h3><p>Software Development</p></div><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
